I need to get something else going soon because gambling is not paying off!!!! My son, Jarrett seems to have a knack for it though. Guess you got our card and it was right on track with your speedy recovery!! Glad to hear things are going well. Can't believe the lawn mowing! That is pretty good indeed!! John Clyde told Bob Hake about your website so that is how I got here. I would not doubt that you very well may come up with your own prototype prostetic. I could use some new big toe joints if that works out!! Can't believe the meds you get to take as the aging process moves on! Keep up the good work and we are all cheering for you. Miss you like crazy, Dad.. I am envious of Aunt Marsha, Aunt Phyl, Connie, GiGi, Becky, et al. as they get to watch all of this amazing stuff happen. Being able to take care of you for once was theraputic for me, and I miss it.

Hi Mikey! I should have written sooner, but I didn't. I'm going for the 2nd wind support - after the initial rush. We can all use a little boost from time to time. I'm amazed at the updates I found here. It sounds like thinigs are moving a pretty good pace. One of my initial thoughts when I heard about this was how you'd handle it. My next thought was that you'd check out current prosthetics, find they weren't good enough, design your own and make a million bucks. So where's the first prototype? From all the entries here it sounds like your in good spirits and good hands. Whenever you get to come back to Cincy the Haaser Clan South will be waiting if you need anything. I'm hoping to be able to visit you up North before then, but I've got a baby due in a few weeks, it may be difficult. Don't lose too much money to GG playing cards.

I miss you Papa Bear!!!! I'm not sure when my next trip over to C-town will be, but I do hope it can be soon. I can't wait to hear about some of the new projects you are working on.

With this blog, I feel as if I have been there from the beginning of the accident and throughout the recovery process so far. This is such a wonderful way to keep Grenada, Ms up to date on your unbeliveable spirit and recovery.
It is obvious that you have so many people that love you and care about you.

hi everyone, what AMAZING things have been accomplished this week! it is so exciting to read every day. thank you again for sharing this experience with us, i know that it has helped me rethink what it is like on 'the other side of the bed', which is easy to forget some days/nights. i think i must refer 2-3 people to this blog a day for a pick me up! i am in shock that there has been a field trip already..how awesome...

It was great seeing you and Aunt Marsha over G & G Kennedy's this morning. It's amazing how well you conquered the front steps. Keep up the great work! So proud of you!
