We just spent the weekend with Ruthie and Dave and they told us how well you are doing with your recovery. You have been in our prayers since we first heard of the accident. We are happy to hear that you get to go home tomorrow, you must be looking forward to some home cooked meals. Well keep up the good spirits and just know that everyone is thinking about you.

I am another member of the "4th of July Club". Seeing Ruth and Dave this weekend at our Delta Chi event made me think of you. You welcomed so many of us to your lake house over the years...basically letting us run wild all over the place. For that we will always be thankful. I am looking forward to hearing the continued good news about your recovery. Know that so many are thinking of you, cheering for you and praying for you.

Mike, it was great seeing you yesterday (4/19). I was inspired and in awe of your determination and strength in tackling your PT yesterday. You have the will and drive to overcome your disability and I was truly moved. I hope to visit next week with Bonnie again and look forward to seeing how much more you will improve in a week's time. Hi, Mike! I'm a high school chum of Bonnie's and was sorry to hear of your accident. You seem to be well on the road to recovery and I hope the two of you settle down soon without all this drama. Lordy! Anyway, when we were meeting regularly, Bonnie's face just lit up when she talked about you and how much you meant in her life. Then you get yourself all banged up. Ouch! Now listen hear, Fella! I want to meet the man that puts the look on a woman's face and makes her eyes sparkle the way you do to Bonnie. So you let me know when your ready and I'll be there. Hi Mike! I work with Ruth and think she is pretty special, therefore; I figure you must be one heck of a man. I am very sorry you have to go through this. I wish nothing but the best for you in your recovery. Ruth says you are a strong willed man so this should be a breeze!! In September my dad was in the hospital and Ruth was there for me all the way. Therapy sounds exhausting but rewarding. When my Dad started PT he turned into a Jekll/Hyde but in the end was glad he went through it. So hang in there...my prayers are with you. Deb Louis

Hi Mr. Mike! I was shocked to hear about your accident but Noel told me about your amazing recovery so far. I have been thinking alot about you and all the Haasers and wish you joy in every small victory (did you ever think that itching would be such a great sign?)
